Hi, I am looking for a ONE person, 25-35 year old, to fill a spacious spare bedroom with walk-in closet and private separate bathroom. I live in the Courtyards at Buckley, "The Maple" model. Off Buckley and Iliff and close to I225 the RTD rail. Vaulted ceilings, spacious living room and kitchen, fireplace, and balcony. Stackable w/d hook up, and am willing to go in on half the rent for one, or laundry is on . Have a good-sized couch and large chair/ottoman so not much room for large furniture. If you have coffee/side tables or table with chairs then great! The complex has 2 year round pools and fitness center. Person must be a professional with a FT job and car. Must be kind, respectful of others, and CLEAN. Must keep the common area clean by picking up after yourself and help keep the apartment well kept. No late night parties unless planned ahead of time and only occasionally. No regular guests, like on a daily basis. If you have a significant other, prefer they not stay over all the time or will ask for additional rent. Must sign a lease ending on April 27th 2018. If you need to leave before that, you need to provide 30 days notice so I can find someone to cover the lease. Asking you pay $150 deposit, covers half of what I paid. Utilities included with rent. Have basic cable wifi. If you wish to upgrade I would consider. Included is HBO, Hulu, Netflix, and Amazon Prime. $300 deposit and additional rent for pets. I am not keen on dogs unless they are SUPER well behaved, do not bark or chew up things that are not theirs. Can't stress that enough! If they chew up my stuff, you will be responsible. LOVE cats though! Also can't stress that enough 😊. I do not have a pet but may consider getting a cat at some point.
