Female Roommate 7/1
Hi! Looking for a female roommate to move in around 7/1/2017. I own a two story end unit townhome off 111th between Sheridan and Federal (Westminster, CO). It has two bedrooms both with walk in closets, a shared upstairs bathroom, and 1/2 bath downstairs. Washer/dryer in unit. Street parking, the streets are wide and very low traffic as small neighborhood. About me- 27, work downtown Denver, love to camp/hike and ski! I have a black lab, she is super friendly and allowed on the couch. 4/20 friendly. Potential Roommate - I am looking for a female because we will share the upstairs bathroom. 4/20 friendly, however no cigarette smokers please. I would consider one other dog, but it would have to be housebroken and meet with my dog a few times to make sure they are good together. Rent - $800 covers everything minus electricity, we will split this monthly. I do not have cable, I use Roku, so if you need cable you will need to provide it for yourself.
